Refund policy
Scenic Route Shop is a one-woman small business striving to create beautiful high-quality art for you to enjoy. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any issues or concerns you may have before returning or cancelling your order. While my return policy cannot match ones of the gargantuan companies like Amazon, I want you to still have an "I changed my mind" option.
MODIFYING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
All orders are processed and made-to-order within 1-2 business days of the date of placing your order. Orders can be cancelled or modified for a full refund only BEFORE you receive your shipping notification email with tracking number. If you want to cancel or modify your order, email Kelsey@ScenicRouteShop.com with your order number and your request as soon as possible.
RETURNS
You can request to return undamaged items for a partial refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging in new condition.
Return Process:
1 – Fill out the form on the Returns page to request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
2 – Scenic Route Shop will respond via email to approve or deny the return request (See Accepted & Unaccepted returns below for more information. Do not return your items without approval by Scenic Route Shop).
3 – If approved, ship your item(s) via USPS in the original packaging to:

Shipping must have a tracking number.
(Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.)
4 – Respond to the Approval email with the shipment date and tracking number.
5 – Your refund will go back to your original method of payment minus a $5 restocking fee once your return shipment is received. All orders must be returned in their entirety including all items and packaging. Any missing or damaged items will not be refunded.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after the creation of the draft has begun. You will be notified by Email when the work on Your draft is to begin.
DELIVERY ERRORS
You are responsible for providing a correct address that is capable of receiving a delivery of Rigid Flat Envelope (up to 13x18 inches) or Mailing Tube (up to 26 inches long). Scenic Route Shop is not responsible for delivery issues if the address provided with Your Order contains errors, is incorrect, or cannot receive the delivery. You will be required to cover all costs for replacement or reshipment to a different address.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If You received your Order damaged due to shipping, please contact Scenic Route Shop within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damage including the Goods AND the Packaging are required to proceed with a resolution. No refund or replacement will be considered without documentation of the damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until a complete resolution has been reached.
EXCHANGES
Scenic Route Shop does not accept exchanges.
