Are the designs original?

Yes!  All artwork and designs are original works by Kelsey Reust, the owner and artist of the Scenic Route Shop.

What kind of paper do you use for the Art Prints?

The paper is a luxurious heavyweight matte white linen texture paper.  The weight ensures the pieces won't sag or wrinkle when framed and the texture adds depth to the drawings.

The color of the paper is a pure white, however because of the range “white” can be, the paper may not match an adjacent white frame or mat perfectly and lighting can also affect the appearance.  See Framing for some tips on how to frame your new print.

What size Art Print should I order?

5x7 is good for desktop frames or in smaller spaces like a bathroom or office

8x10 is the best universal size.  You can frame it to be a larger frame if you’d like (see Framing for more tips on displaying your new artwork)

11x14 and larger is ideal for larger areas like walls above a sofa or bed or a blank wall.  These sizes are also a perfect centerpiece in a gallery wall.

All pieces are sized to fit standard frames and mats.  (Note: framing is not included in any purchase)

Do you offer your Art Prints in a larger size?

Only the sizes listed are the sizes available.  Refer to the piece you want to see what sizes are available.

Can I change the font or size of the print titles on my Art Print?

The font used is a simple minimalist font and the size is balanced to complement the drawings themselves and cannot be changed.  Also due to licensing restrictions, I do not offer other fonts for the titles.

The content of the titles can be customized on the checkout page.

Can I change the color of the lines or paper?

All prints are black ink on white paper and cannot be customized or printed in color at this time.

What is on the back of my Art Print?

Each piece is printed with the Scenic Route Shop Logo on the back. Don't worry, it doesn't show through the paper.

Are the Art Prints framed?

Scenic Route Shop does not offer framing at this time but all of the Art Prints are sized to fit standard frames from your local home decor or frame shop.  I definitely encourage you to shop small for your frame if you can to continue to support small businesses just like Scenic Route Shop.

I do offer lots of tips on the Tips page because I know it can be confusing!

Can I get a digital download of one of the drawings in the Shop?

Digital files are not available for any items stocked in the Shop. 

Digital Downloads for Custom Artwork orders are available but may not be used for commercial/resale purposes.

Can I reprint the drawings?

All artwork at Scenic Route Shop is the sole property and copyright of the Scenic Route Shop and may not be reproduced or distributed in any way.

Can I use your drawing for a tattoo?

Absolutely!  I’m honored you like my artwork and want to enjoy it forever.  You’re welcome to use the designs for your own personal tattoo.  I do not provide digital files or downloads of the artwork, and purchasing a print may be the best option for your tattoo artist to convert it to a quality tattoo for you.  At the end of the day, I hope you love your new ink!

Where are the products for the Scenic Route Shop made?

Scenic Route Shop is a one-person handmade art studio (Hi!  I’m Kelsey!), and all pieces are designed, made, printed, packaged, and shipped by hand by me personally in Phoenix, Arizona.

Does Scenic Route Shop have Gift Cards?

What can I use the gift cards for?

Everything! There are no limits on what you can use the gift cards on.

How is the gift card delivered?

After you place your order, you will receive an email that contains a digital gift card with a unique code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value.

If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, then you need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.

How do I pay with a gift card?

The option to use your gift card for payment is at checkout. Enter your unique code in the appropriate field.

The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

If the balance available on your gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.

If the balance available on your gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

ORDERS

What form of payment do you accept?

Scenic Route Shop accepts Paypal and all major credit card companies, including Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Can I order more pieces after my order has already been placed?

Absolutely!  Reach out to me before your order ships at Kelsey@ScenicRouteShop.com or the Contact form ASAP and let me know you want to combine shipping packages.  I will refund you any shipping charges if applicable (If your orders are below $35, shipping charges on one of your orders will be refunded.  If both orders total more than $35, all shipping charges will be refunded).

If your order has already shipped, your new order will just ship separately with no change to shipping fees.

When is payment required?

Payment is required at the time of checkout.  Orders will not be shipped until after payment has been processed.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Your order will ship 1-3 business days (M-F) after your order has been placed from Phoenix, Arizona.  You’ll receive an email once your item has shipped with a USPS tracking number so you can follow along its journey! 

USPS Ground Advantage Mail takes about 2-5 days to reach you.

(Delivery times are based on USPS estimates that may vary and cannot be guaranteed by Scenic Route Shop. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated after your shipping label has been created.)

My order is delayed by the USPS.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during the holidays.  Delivery times are an estimate only, not a guarantee, and these delays are outside the control of Scenic Route Shop.  Cancellations due to shipping delays are not accepted.  A return may be requested once you have received your order.  See Returns Policy For more information.

SHIPPING

What size package should I expect?

Your item(s) will ship in a flat rigid envelope up to 12x18” or a triangular mailing tube up to 26” long depending on the size of the item(s) you purchased.  Please ensure your delivery address can accommodate packages of this size.  The packages have a “do not bend” sticker, but please ensure a large package will fit at your destination before you place your order.

Can I get rush shipping?

All of the items at Scenic Route Shop are handmade-to-order when you place your order and can take 1-3 days for production.  Once they are complete and shipped via USPS, it can take 2-5 business days to arrive. Please contact me directly at Kelsey@ScenicRouteShop.com if you have a particular deadline or need rush shipping and I will confirm if it is possible and what fees may apply.

Can I track my order?

You’ll be sent a USPS tracking number once your shipping label has been printed.  Once your order has been processed at the post office, you can track your order at USPS.com to see the status of the delivery.

I accidently put the wrong address for shipping

No problem!  Just send me a note ASAP through the Contact form on the website with the correct address and reference your order number.

If your order has already shipped, and you've received the tracking email, I cannot offer a refund or change the shipping destination.  Scenic Route Shop is not responsible for delivery issues if the address provided with your order contains errors, is incorrect, or cannot receive the delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Scenic Route Shop only ships to the United States. I don’t currently ship internationally.

Lost or stolen packages

If you don’t receive your order and the tracking indicates it’s been delivered, I will contact the local post office to try to locate the package.  You can also complete the Help Request Form with the USPS for the missing package at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Scenic Route Shop is not responsible for stolen packages.  If the post office confirms the package was delivered to the address provided, I cannot offer a replacement.  Please confirm your delivery address is reliable and safe!  You can report the stolen package to your local authorities as well as the post office here: https://www.usps.gov/report

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order after I place it online?

Review your order thoroughly before you place it. (Check spelling if you requested any custom titles too!)  Processing and production starts immediately, so cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.  As long as I haven’t shipped your order, you can cancel it for a full refund.  Please email me ASAP at Kelsey@scenicrouteshop.com so I can process the cancellation.  I will confirm whether the cancellation is possible as soon as I receive your email.  If I’ve already shipped your order, see Return Policy.

Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after the creation of the draft has begun.  You will be notified by Email when the work on Your draft is to begin.
