  SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All Orders are Processed within 1-2 business days unless noted on the home page announcement banner.  Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays.

Delivery Transit times are per the current USPS transit times found at USPS.gov.  All transit times are estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for free for all US Domestic Orders.


USPS First Class Delivery: Free (Packages under 1lb)
Estimated delivery time: 1-5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: Free (Packages over 1lb)
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days

 

USPS delivery times are not guaranteed and an estimate only.  Times may vary depending on time of year or other USPS delays.

 

Local Pick Up, Overnight, and expedited delivery is not available.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur that are outside the control of Scenic Route Shop.  Delivery times are an estimate only, and not a guarantee.  Refunds or returns due to delivery times are not accepted.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Scenic Route Shop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email when Your Shipping Label has been created containing Your tracking number(s). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become

available.

Your order cannot be cancelled or modified after You receive Your Order Tracking Number.

DELIVERY ERRORS

You are responsible for providing a correct address that is capable of receiving a delivery of Rigid Flat Envelope (up to 13x18 inches) or Mailing Tube (up to 26 inches).  Scenic Route Shop is not responsible for delivery issues if the address provided with Your Order contains errors, is incorrect, or cannot receive the delivery.  You will be required to cover all costs for replacement or reshipment to a different address.

DAMAGES

If You received Your Order damaged due to shipping, please contact Scenic Route Shop immediately.  Photos of the damage including the Goods AND the Packaging is required to proceed with a resolution.  No refund or replacement will be considered without documentation of the damage.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until a complete resolution has been reached.
